Oakford Homes has appointed new homes specialists, Sims Williams, as the selling agency for their latest collection of homes at Oakley Green in the village of Lavant, near Chichester, West Sussex.
Due to be unveiled in Spring 2024, Oakley Green will comprise 38 two, three and four bedroom houses in a wide variety of styles, together with 18 one and two bedroom apartments set across three separate buildings. Nine of these apartments will be provided as shared ownership. Each home will be designed and finished to the high quality for which Oakford Homes has established a strong reputation locally for having previously built a number of successful developments in and around Chichester.

Sims Williams, which has four sales offices in West Sussex plus a land & new homes division, has recently appointed Susan Wadsworth to the team. Susan has previously worked in senior roles with major housebuilders and joined Sims Williams from her previous role of 20 years heading the new homes division of a regional estate agency.
